Bypass Pipes
Bypass Pipes
My friend has a G35 and he put cat delete pipes on it. He took it in for an oil change 2 days ago and the dealer told him that it completely voids his engine warrenty. Has anyone had this problem with the fabspeed pipes on the cayenne. My car is due in for service but I want to make sure they aren't going to void my warrenty. My dealer is Champion and I know they are really good about mods. Has anyone with bypass pipes taken their care in for service to them?

I have heard different things good and bad about the bypass pipes. For the S I heard it really does give you around 17hp and a lot of people have noticed the difference. But for the Cayenne Turbo I heard one account that one person actually felt he lost power when he installed the bypass pipes. In conclusion i would say either go with the muffler or the bypass. Dont do both because I think it will sound too loud.
I had Both Exhaust & By Pass Pipe before on my S , it is not too loud .
Compare to 996 TT 's Fab Speed exhaust , it is quite .
I don't think u people should worry about it , it is nice sound .
