Now that is the truth for sure.

Hm is fuel economy is a problem for you than you dont need it ! I have a 957 turbo , I only do 10-20km a day and spend 50$ in 3days max . Here the 95octane is 1.9$ !!!
Have you ever thought of a diesel ?
And why do you even want a cayenne v6 ? Do you have bad roads in your country ?
My suggestion : buy a diesel sedan

Bingo. The highways are ok but the old city streets are terrible. Also I hit the mountains for snowboarding. I need an AWD SUV for sure.

There is only 2009-Up Diesel Cayenne and their prices are very high and the low km Diesel ones are even more expensive. I may be wrong but I would say the Diesel is faster than V6 as it has much more Torque.

If I were YOU, I would get the V6, it just seems like the better fit.
As I said before, you have no idea what you're talking about. You traded your “06 Viper SRT8” ??? What is that? Did Dodge make a custom one-off V8 Viper for you, or did you modify your 06 Viper with a V8 engine since “You can't leave anything stock”?

It’s good that you traded in your 06 Viper SRT-10. It doesn’t fit you at all.

It was simply a typo...a mistake...much like ever responding to this lame attention seeking post. Your right the viper didn't fit me, all it's good for is attracting attention.

The only mistake in this tread is You dude. Viper still holds the World 1/4 mile record for 6 speed and IRS (no it does not mean Internal Revenue Service) street cars.

Anyways, back to the topic. I did let the Cayenne V6 go. Now, I’m negotiating with the owner of the 2008 Cayenne Turbo.

TT Viper, please play nice on this board. Thanks. Also, I haven't heard of anyone yet regretting the Turbo; especially with the added standard features. If you can afford it, get it.

Thank you. That's what I'm thinking. After test driving the 08 957 Turbo, I can't get 2 things out of my head.
1. The power, acceleration, and engine sound
2. The fuel consumption display (it went as high as 25l/100km when I floored it.

Hey Renaissance.Man,

I just saw in your signature that you have 700+ HP Cayenne Turbo. Impressive. What did you do to it? Did you change the turbos on it? Perhaps, cold air intake, upgraded turbos, second cat bypass, exhaust and tune?

If I can get this 08 Turbo, down the road I may put in a pair of billet ball bearing Precision PT5858 or even better PT6262 CEA turbos? Does the Turbo engine have forged pistons and rods?

Exactly what I was thinking!

No, stock turbos - just opened up the intake and exhaust. Also an off the shelf tune.

Yes, from the factory.

I have finally made the deal. 2008 Cayenne Turbo will be coming to its new home in couple days. After a second and longer test drive, I just had to buy it.

Thank you all for the inputs.
