I have a dumb question, why does my Cayenne TT perform so much better with the PSM turned off. My car has bypass pipes and has been flashed (GIAC). Also can you leave the PSM off permanently without causing any problems to engine or transmission.

 

Perform better because it doesnt shift to higher gears so youre throttle response should improve but youre handling would be affected.
