2006 Cayenne S FOG LIGHT PROBLEM

Hey everyone,

So my 2 front fog lights are not working but the rear two are. When I turn on my fog lights, my dash tells me to "check my fog lights", The message on the dash saying to check fog light only shows up when I turn them on. The fog light have been test and work, I replaces the fuse and still no luck.

Any ideas???

thanks in advance.

Heck, I'm having the same issue BUT my fog lights are working. Let's me ask you something thought, you sure you turned the button right? I mean it's on the first click on the right full out.

Have you checked the connection with the bulbs. If there is corrosion that can cause issues.

Yes, I have. It's not that. If i take the whole light and put it on the left everything is working.

Problem Solved

I rewired from the Gray cable the goes to the left light, a cable to the Gray cable at the right light and everything works fine. Seems that this gray cable on the right light is dead. I had to cut else it didn't work (probably it's making a short circuit somewhere).

No warning lights on, nothing.

My fan motor resistor blew out and melted some of the connectors and wiring. I have to get my guy to do exploratory surgery.
