8 second Humming sound every time slow down

OK so I hear a humming sound every time I slow down for about 8 seconds then it stops buy it comes back every time I slow under 5 mph. Not sure if I am just hearing it because I am going slow enough. I think it's the same sound I hear when I first open the door right before I even start the car. It sounds like a small motor or pump kicking on. I don't think it has anything to do with the air shocks. Anyone know what this is?

Yea It used to only be when I first opened my door now it just keeps turning on and off. Can't figure what it's doing.

I always thought it was the seat. I've never heard it when driving either. Can't imagine it would be the fuel pump but it is back there somewhere.

Turns out it was my break booster. Checking to see if it's the booster or an air line leaking. Every time you slow down your break booster kicks on to push air. Not sure if that's what we hear when we first open the door or not. Might be something different.
