Front Windshield washer fluid not working??

Front Windshield washer fluid not working??
Anyone know what would cause this? Rear washer and headlight washer works fine? I can't hear a motor running? Is it on a separate fuse? Where is the pump located? Appreciate any help on this!

I think my pump must be broken! Anyone replaced one? Dealer wants $250.00 labor to replace! Could someone tell me where it is located and if it is an easy job to do myself?
