Just got my eurocharged tune... Meh...

Ok so today I just had my 957 S tuned by a local shop with a eurocharged tune. Due to the minimal n/a motor information regarding tunes I figured id post a first impression. This is the first n/a tune I've ever done on a car, considering majority of the cars I've owned in the past have been forced induction. Upon doing research I saw that eurocharged was doing a sale and figured I would take advantage of it. The process was simple enough. Went to my local shop, he uploaded my software to eurocharged and they would send back the tuned file. Uploading my software took an hour. Then downloading the new software took 5 minutes. Literally.

First impressions..... Meh.

My truck has cat bypass pipes and tips, intakes, and a sprint booster. I looked at the owner of the shop who went along with me to make sure the truck was ok, and I floored it and looked at him and said did we tune this thing? He said based on the way it was revving it is. I felt very underwhelmed. But I must say that it does feel very smooth. So I'm hoping that since its new software maybe the truck has to relearn everything and adjust parameters.

When I reached out to evoms for more information about their tunes they said that the most noticeable difference will be in the lower revs where the truck will be spending most of it's time. Last night I recorded a 0-60 time on my p3 gauge (I know not the most trustworthy device like a vbox but still) I recorded a time of 5.94 with it. Today with the tune. Same time of 5.94. Also pre tune horsepower numbers were 305 awhp recorded on a mustang dyno. I will be dynoing again soon to see results.

I will update in a few days in regards to the initial impressions.

*Disclaimer* I'm not trying to bash eurocharged or anything. Just offering a unbiased review. They do AMAZING work in other cars I've been in.

Ok so tonight I figured I'd get some seat time in the truck. Did some wot pulls to maybe allow the new parameters get used to me. So tonight in the rain, I pulled over. Traction off. Put it in manual mode. 0-60 time via my p3 gauge. 5.81! In the rain! I'm impressed with those numbers. Maybe the truck is just too heavy to truly feel the 30+ horse increase. I think I can do better times than that considering the temp currently is 39 and raining and I have my summers tires on. ((Conti extreme contact dw)) not too shabby. I'll continue my review.

gh0stman is infamous around these parts
Is that dyno'd 30+ HP? From what I have seen the main advantage of the CS tune is a better fuel map. But 5.81 is pretty good without a turbo.
