Refinish brake calipers in a different color
I am willing to bet that you can find a yellow one on ebay and then sell yours after you've swapped them. A lot of v6 cayenne will want red calipers. This would eliminate downtime and probly less cost.
Otherwise, you can powdercoat it at a shop. I'm sure most wheel speedshops will do it.
All cayenne share the same brake caliper. 6 pot front and 4 pot in back. I had a loaner V6 cayenne and the brakes are ultra sensitive, hard to modulate. This is comparing to a 996.

There's a shop near Buffalo, NY that has a swap program for Vipers. Basically, you pay a depsoit plus $300. They send you a set in the color of your choice. Send yours in, and get back the deposit. However, they don't have Porsche Calipers, so you have to send yours in. I'm not sure what the turnaround time is, but the cost for all 4 is the same, $300. If the turnaround time is reasonable, I'll do mine in GT3 Orange, like djantlive's.

I have basically the same program for Porsche's. Let me know if this link works for you or if you have any questions.
