Nav Question

I have had my 04 CTT for four months and NAV system has never worked. I took it to the dealer and he found a "short" in the system but he alleges that he fixed it. I let my wife drive it home so I couldnt check immediately. When I got home I turned on the system and pushed the info screen. It says no satellites are being received. Is there something else I need to do to get the system to pick up sats besides turn it on? I dont think they fixed it...

I case anyone is interested. I took the CTT back to the dealer for the navigation problem explained above. They had apparently not hooked it up to the diagnostic computer on the first visit because this time it showed an open antenna circuit. I quess it cant find satellites without an antenna!
