2004 CTT Hesitation

Hello all - I am hoping you can help me. My CTT has around 90K miles on it. So far I have replaced the cardan shaft bearing, coolant pipes (including the t), and the faulty trans valve body. It has been doing great until the last couple weeks. It has developed a serious hesitation when accelerating past 30ish or so. It seems to only be when the CTT is warm. After the hesitation starts and the CTT is warm, it also starts to idle rough at that point as well.

I have no CEL on and no codes stored in the computer. I have parked it and am driving my backup X5, but life in it is miserable compared to the CTT (although double the MPG has been nice!! ). Can you help me figure out what to replace? I am thinking it is time for spark plugs and coils as those are originals and that is what it feels like, but thought I should have a CEL for that to be the case. I usually get my stuff from ECS as there are no local Porsche dealers around me for several hours.

Thanks for any help in advance!!

I would check coilpacks, spark plugs or 02 sensors

Check for a crankcase leak. I had the same issue without a cel code and spent tons of time trying to track down the issues, then I found that the T connector behind the engine against the firewall that connects exhaust ports from the turbos to the crankcase was completely split apart and apparently a common issue with this model. It is hard to see this line because it is hidden behind the intake manifold. I fixed it and my problem went away.
