Glove Box stop

Today I opened the glove box to find out that by doing so, I broke a little plastic hook, which is attached to the glove box lid, and connects to a small black rod on the right side of the glove box. The hook part gave out and broke.
I need to find out what the part number and name of this plastic hook is. It has a square base and goes into a hole on the right side of the glove box. A small rod which protrudes from a hole, connects to this hook, to help prevent the box from opening too far.

Hope I described it enough. Appreciate your help getting part number and name for ordering.

It looks like you can buy just the clip. It's actually on the end of a little shock absorber that is supposed to soft open the lid. Mine is broke too but I'm not sure my shock is any good either. I might just try a new clip now that I found it.

AWESOME. Exactly what I was looking for. This is the clip that goes into the glove box lid, has a hook on one end that connects into the shock absorber. The hook on mine broke and glove box now comes down quite hard if one is not careful.
One thing I noticed is that the shock is actually on the other side of the glove box (nearest to passenger door on glove lid). Diagram shows it to be on the further away from passenger door side of glove lid.

I cant stop laughing at the prices for these small plastic parts. $18 bucks for this small (probably no larger than half inch) plastic part.
You are right, the part I am looking for is #5 on the diagram. I may pull trigger on the shock too just in case. Much appreciate this.

Mine is broken as well that's why I knew what to look for. I finally broke down and ordered one from Pelican parts while I was there grabbing a couple other things. Hope both of us are able to easily fix it!!
