2005 S - Occasional Oil Smoke on Startup
Hi guys,
I have a 2005 Cayenne S with approximately 125k miles. Vehicle runs great, no CEL.
Recently I've noticed a bit of oil smoke from the exhaust when starting the vehicle warm on a number of occasions. Doesn't seem to smoke when driving. This is a relatively new problem (past 2 weeks, never happened previously).
Anyone have any experience with this? I've done a search for signs of a faulty air-oil separator (AOS), and it seems like the vehicle symptoms could be consistent with an AOS in the early stages of failure...
Any thoughts/suggestions? Is this cause for major concern? Appreciate any input...Thanks!
