Stuck Air suspension

Dear Members,
Glad to be here, I have a Porsche Cayenne S 2005 and after a trip I discovered my rear air suspension on both sides are stuck in the lower position ( looks like the loading position)
I activated the control to "Normal" and it indicates normal but the back is still stuck lower,for both right and left Suspensions.
I am wondering if it is a block in the compressor it self or something back in the line to the rear suspension,
Would really appreciate getting some advise.
