Air suspension compressor finally went.

Does anybody know how much shop time is involved in replacing and where can I find a replacement?

This might sound obvious and not too helpful, but as far as finding a replacement it can be as easy as googling "porsche cayenne air compressor." Several come up, ranging from $250 to $900, both for new and rebuilt.

You can rebuild the compressor yourself. $50 seal ring/piston ring. I bought one on eBay.

 

Did you replace the piston ring yet? I did that "fix" and now the compressor won't turn on at all. No clue what I did wrong. Just wondering if you had luck with it.

I've done it a couple times, no issues. If yours isn't turning on, could be another issue...
