I just don't know... I'm looking at these replica HRE's and I like them in chrome... I mean we're not talking FOOZE or DUBS styling here... what you think? ( btw the pic is REAL HRE's but they look the same)
How would it look on Prosecco Metallic?

And yeah I know that someone will say "YIKES, the HRE obviously has 2-3100 Titanium fasteners whereas the replica has dummy fasteners"

Well, true... but I'd rather spend $1600/set and put the other $7k into more automation for my business so I can make more $$.

in chrome or silver paint/polished lip?? What do you think'd look better?

there are slight differences in appearance. The HRE spokes sit on TOP of the center section and the replicas spokes angle INTO the center section... a sign of 3pc vs. 1 pc. construction obviously. Now if they weigh like 50 lbs... I may be a bit cautious with my V6 sized brakes...

Oh and the 945 replica will be in stock next week, but the 943 and 948 replicas won't be til July.

How 'bout these????????? 947 replicas too.

From 10 feet away with an HRE center cap it's a dead ringer!

I like larger sized wheels for this application (SUV), but I am not as much into alot of chrome/polished, since the trim is all brushed on the exterior of the truck. I like everything to be similar in finish so I never got the chrome tips either.
I really like the M740S on the left.

Are you going with 20", 22" ? And how wide? Staggered?

ok... I'm thinking 22's

a) 9.5's and 10.5's... 285/35 all around. But I have steel susp and 285's add nearly 1/2" total height. My HR lower me 1.6" but I'd give back .4" with 285's

b)9.5's and 10.5's... 265/35 in front, 29.3 tall... 315/30 in rear 29.4" tall (shouldn't mess up AWD system)

c) 10.5's all around with 295/30's... least likely because this looks like a relatively low offset rim and 10.5 would be too much for front with 40/45 offset.

d) 9.5's all around with 265/35's...

At this price it'd even be worth it to take the wheel to a body shop, have them smooth out any rough machining... repaint the centers to match the matte trim and re-polish the lips.

chrome is for bathroom fixture, go with silver and polish lips. M738 and M739 were nice. I think HRE caps will be over done. Porsche canter caps is good enough.

I think you should go with the m738s. Also why don't you get 22" x 10.5" all around and get 315s all around? Is that too extreme? Also may I ask which site or dealer is offering these rims since I am shopping for rims too. Thanks in advance.
