I dont think , I would notice the extra hp on the Cayenne if I fitted the Air intake system, I am just waiting for some members to purchase it and then If he likes it , I would get it later on

One should be on its way to my dealer and once they are dropped in my CTT I can give some subjective report.
As far as dyno before and after - I still plan on doing a dyno run with my car but only after the exhaust is put on as the grand finale - post GIAC tuning, diverter valves, cat bypass pipes, exhaust, air intakes.

 

Is it out for the Cayenne Turbo also?? I thought they were gonna call me when it was ready!!! But if there is a group buy...im in!!

We are in the final production stages of the V-Flow system for the Cayenne S. I have been using this system on my personal Cayenne S for the past few thousand miles. We have done some preliminary dyno tests on the Tourag V8 courtesy of Imagine Auto where we saw 12 HP on the 4.2L with the prototype system. I will be heading to my friends AWD mustang dyno (ours is not installed yet) this week for the final numbers. I will post them when they are completed

The MAF issue you are referring to happens to be present on very high HP 996TT's due to the tremendous volume of airflow these cars draw past the single MAF. Blown MAF's on the 996TT is a common problem with and without the V-Flow. FWIW, the new 997TT utilizes 2 MAF's similar to the Cayenne s / TT in order to prevent premature MAF failure due to voltage spikes and "pegging" the meter at 4.99 volts by roughly 4500 RPMS at WOT. This was a design change on the new 997TT to prevent this MAF problem from happening in the future.

The 2 x MAF design used on the Cayenne TT and Cayenne V8 has proven to be a very reliable system as compared to the single MAF 996TT setup. By running 2 MAF's the volume of air passing by the MAF is cut in half allowing better MAF resolution and the MAF reads a steady volume of air all the way to redline without voltage spikes.

Yes!!!! PLEASE let us know asap!!! Also is there any way for a 6speedonline group buy Todd? It seems at least 5-10 members could be potentially ordering this system.....
