A stock Cayenne Turbo would definately go 0-100 faster than 15.8 seconds...more like 13 seconds...

Sorry, it was 15.2 sec not 15.8. This was here in AZ while it was 103 degrees. I am sure that the test times could be better in better climates but this is what this stock Cayenne TT did here measured with the Driftbox. I have another Cayenne TT arriving in a week that is stock which I will use to test 0-100 times again and let you know.

Are you using 12 inch rollout on your driftbox Todd? Also do you know of anyway to easily extract 0-60, 0-100, quarter mile etc data from the driftbox software? Software seems to mostly be for drifting and lap times.

P.S. Thanks for responding to my email about my 911 Turbo Cabriolet, GT700 package, and answering my questions.

Yes, I am using the 1 foot roll out mode. I have not played much with the software yet. I have seen the graphs and they can be pulled out. I will be learning more about the software this week after I download all of the data I have aquired over the past few weeks.

No problem regarding the GT700 email. I will call you later :)

Damn, was hoping for a better 0-100 time. Stock can do 13 seconds, it is just slightly slower than e46 m3. I was hoping with the big turbos that it would be able to do under 10.

Well if hes getting stock at 15.2 seconds (very hot weather), then he dropped to 11.8 seconds (very hot weather) with the bigger turbos, that's a drop of 3.4 seconds. In good weather conditions there may be sub 10 second 0-100 mph times.

Todd, any plans to to do the Gearbox?

I know you guys did Craigs install of our 9ff Tippy 950HP trasnmission.

We have a gearbox to match the 9ff 800HP Cayenne Motor.

Let me know if you guys need one!

I thought that 9ff discontinued their Cayenne gearbox? If not, how long does it take to complete and what's the price estimate?

I had a Kleemann G55 that made over 650 ft lbs of torque and I put 40,000 miles on it without ever having a gearbox problem. This truck went to the local 1/4 mile track numerous times and was driven hard. I'm guessing that the Cayenne gearbox will be as robust, am I wrong?

The car has been with Evolution for 4 months and counting (originally a 4 week project)now and I'm not up for more down time. However, once I get the car back to Denver I may continue with the upgrades.

Hey bud, did we speak on the phone?

The Cayenne GB is not discontinued - its undergoing more development as the shifting action on the Higher HP cars was understandably less smooth.

9ff wants to make it "just like stock".

I'll get you an update via email when its ready...hell just ride your OEM GB until it spits teeth! :)

Sorry, I didn't realize is it was you. We did speak on the phone about a month or two ago. The Cayenne is still being worked on by Evolution. What's your opinion on the Cayenne tranny? Can it handle 650 HP in stock form? Once it "spits teeth" I'll be giving you a call for sure.

Take care,

John

Just got off the phone with Todd. We've decided to push it a little and upgrade the turbo's to a large compressor wheel (GT30 equivalent). We're shooting for 700+HP.

It's been a long project, but after speaking with Todd today, it sounds like it's going to be worth it.

Can't wait to see the numbers on this. A 700 hp SUV sounds like the ultimate daily driver. I might trade in the S for a turbo based on this kit.
