EVO Big Turbo Cayenne TT Project

We have begu the final installation of our big turbo kit for the cayenne TT. We have been in the R&D process for over a year now on this project. This is the first car that is getting the initial release of this new upgrade. The upgrade consists of the following components:

EVO / Garrett GT Turbochargers - Machined into the OEM IHI housings
Water adapter lines to cool the jackets of the turbos
Machined oil feed adapters
High flow 200 cell primary catalysts
Secondary catalyst bypass pipes
EVO / Milltek 70mm complete exhaust system
EVO intercooler upgrade w/ upgraded boost plumbing
EVO Billet diverter valves
EVO V-Flow twin air intake systems
Modified torque converter
EVO / GIAC software calibration

Power is expected to be in the 650 range but final numbers will be released after testing is complete. I will update this thread as we make further progress.

OK let me know when you need Tiptronic-expert-drag-racing-whilst-under-the-influence manpower at the drag strip. I want to run a mid 11 in that heavy thing. Do those sweet 17s with the Mickey T's fit?

BTW I found out something pretty neat that might help you a little on this. You know how the CTT's have been having coil pack and mostly spark plug issues? Well guess what, check out what the Cayenne Turbo S uses for plugs and you'll find their not only Bosch instead of Beru but a different heat range too Mucho better.

I'm interested in the High flow 200 cell primary catalysts.
Is the EVO intercooler upgrade w/ upgraded boost plumbing different than the one supplied with the powerkit upgrade?

The cat pipes are made by FVD. I will post more details about the coolers after we get them on and have the final tests completed.

Todd,

Looking good. I have a set of Champion RS98 wheels sitting here in Denver ready to go. They're only 22 LBS, much lighter than stock. Every lit bit helps!

High 11's would be incredible. I'm open to any ideas if you think it's possible.

Just checked the on-line 1/4 mile calculators which are some what accurate in my experience. It would take about 650 HP to the wheels to get something this heavy into the high 11's. Probably not going to happen. I had a Kleemann G55 that ran in the low 13's, hopefully this will smoke that truck.
