There are some great deals on current '06 Cayenne S' out there (up to 10k off sticker). Porsche is offering some significant rebates to the dealers. My wife has an '04 S that is coming off lease in March. Do you think the new '08 is worth the extra 10-12k? I know residuals will be better, but probably not enough to offset the difference. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you wait till '08 what will u do for a replacement? If it is a cool car that you will enjoy till the new model comes, then just wait for it because it will have more power and other goodies. If not, then just get the '06 now and keep it for 1-2 years till u can get a good deal for a '08-'09.

My suggestion is to wait til Feb/Mar to test drive the new model, then decide which one you want. There probably won't be as many '06 ones left, but I'd be surprised if they're all gone.
