hello everyone,
im really interested in the rinspeed 23inch mono five spoke wheels for a turbo cayenne! but ive been searching and seen that some have problems with them? is this known or rare? the last thing i want is to buy some wheels and have problems? also how are the 22s same problem or none at all?

what sorta of problems have you heard???

 

like vibrations at high speed?

As long as the wheels are balanced properly you should have no vibration issues. John i sent you a PM!

Ditto... some people just can't balance rims...

I have 22" Techarts on the wife's Cayenne S with air suspension. The ride is definitely harsher than the 20's our friend has on theirs. Personally, I think the 23's would be pushing the quality of the ride too far for my taste. In fact, I am even considering taking them off and putting on 20's. I would drive a car with 23's on it before buying.

 

imo, two choices...

1. look of the car
or
2. keep the ride quality

i choose look of the car with 22"

imho, 20" techno is the one.
if you want to strech little, just paint'em.

 

I got the 23's and do 120 to 150 on a reg basis and have no problems. Put 10,000 miles on them so far. Tires are still like new.
