To each their own... I designed these for a guy that wanted this for his mk3 GTI. Not my style either, but I can do anything you want on your gauge faces.

I Just Went To The Renntech Forum And All It Was Unplugging The Old One And Plugging In The New One ,,thats Is Easy ,,i Thought It Consisted Of More Than That Im On My Way To Ebay To Find A Turbo Cluster

yup. unplug & plug.
i would say make sure you check part number.
according to techs, certain cluster will not work depends on the year and model. make sure you get the right one.

How do you remove the needles from the cluster, I got the cover off but i don't know how to remove the needles, do i just pry them off? Or is there a screw somewhere or something?

Turn the needle counter clockwise and pull up at the same time.
