I'd like to paint mine to match and I received a quote from my body shop for the front, rear and sides. They need to sand it down and then spray due to the texture.

Does anyone know whether I can buy prepped valences which are ready to paint?

 

they don't need to sand it down, porsche doesn't do it. You can't buy it sanded down. I had mine painted, keeping the ruff texture, over a year ago and still no chipping

 

I'd have them sand it down, its worth the extra $$
