Anything changes between Cayenne years?
I searched and all I could find was that the Nav turned fromt CD to DVD. Is there anything else?

no not really. 08 is where there was a major change.

So Porsche only changed the nav? That's it? I thought there would be more.

They did not just change it, it looks same just dvd vs. whole bunch of cds.

oh the lower part for 05 is body color vs. blk on earlier models. but really nothing too much.
