Looks sick, but it really does need tint!
As for keeping flat black clean you can buff it, it's the clear coat that dictates the color, the clear coat will take a buff but won't accept the shine of a normal clear coat, at least thats the case with PPG's flexed and flat clear, I did the bike below w/ the flexed and flat and we have buffed it and we have yet to have a problem
