You can get a new 2006 **** for 52~54K that has an MSRP of 67K.

I was just offered 47k on a trade for another P car and the vehicle I was looking at was priced at 1k over invoice for reference. My Cayenne is almost identical w/ same color combo w/ a MSRP of 62,245 and it has 9k miles. Hope this helps a bit.
