Non Porsche Shop Doing Brakes?

Would an "all purpose" auto shop be able to do my front pads/sensors or are there special tricks on the Cayenne? I called around and it's pretty damn cheap to have a place like Dobbs do the labor.

I do my brakes at home .. its pretty straight forward on the Carrera. You might need a Anti-squeal shim and the warning-contacts are pretty simple to put back in.

Anys hop shoudl eb able to do it. Just make sure they use Porsche OEM or equivelent parts. Hope this helps.
