I have the same OEM Porsche tire cover on mine. I purchased mine on eBay. You'll also need to purchase any additional badging for the cover; I went with just the "Turbo" script. Here are some pics:

I am searching for a cover with no luck. My 04 has never had a cover since I've owned it. Could you point me in the detailed directions of how you got yours?

That black Cayene is beautiful with that spare tire carrier on back.. There was a silver one recently for sale near me in Washington State that had a spare tire carrier.

Aaaah I see what those 2 plastic caps are there for now on my 2006 Titanium inside my hatch. Only on driver side but where the upper hinge would have attached if I had it. That does look nice!

I wonder if we could order parts and do a DIY retrofit? 🤔

I just purchased an UltraSwing (Multi-fit) made by RIGd (https://www.rigdsupply.com/). The UltraSwing is very popular with off-roaders here in California. I decided to give it a try on my 04 Cayenne Turbo. Pics of my vehicle to follow ... here is a pic from E-motion Engineering's (Overland) Cayenne with an UltraSwing Multi-Fit installed.

We got our Wilco Hitchgate 8 years and 112k off-road miles ago - still works as new.
Ours has been from the hot desert up to the frozen Arctic Circle where the temp was -40F, 60mph wind, blizzard, and a wind chill of -90F. We can carry two 5gal Scepter cans of fuel/water, Trash-A-Roo, Maxtrax. All this and still tow a trailer.
