awesome mods! did you add a clear bra on the front? I'd worry about cleaning off all the bugs we get here in the southern summers!

Nicely done. Didn't notice the black and white painted wheels until you said so. However, I'm not a fan of the painted grill (to each there own right).

What's next?

since taking delivery, i've also tinted all around and installed the escort radar/laser system.

looks realy nice , could you tell me how you got the sidemarker, relectors, tails smoked ? was it painted , or did u use tint

actually, the dealer had this ride already to go on the lot. but i have smoked my other cars at a body shop before. good body shops know how to do this. they basically use a blend of black paint and clear coat, finished with clear coat. my other cars have not faded. it's like a light coat of paint. when the lights are on, the colors shine through.

do at your own risk. i actually got a ticket on one of my other rides for having smoked tails. paid the $60 ticket and was done with it. did not have to "fix" it.

Are the painted wheel arch extensions, rocker panels and rear lower bumper an aftermarket job or is Porsche offering this finally? Last I checked, everything was only available in unpainted black plastic. (Really nice on a $120k SUV, don't you think?)

This has been one of the things that has kept me from ordering a replacement for my '06 S Titanium Edition which has has such a beuatiful paint scheme.

Since you have the beautiful 21" inch wheels, can you please let us know whether you still get a spare tire/wheel?

how is the paint holding up on the arches and black trim? Did they sand and treat the textured plastic first? I was considering paing the trim but am concerned that the paint will not be as durable on plastic as it is on aluminum / sheet metal since the plastic has lots of give. I also live in the northeast where we saw snow and sleet this AM..which doesnt help
