I would say go with the 8, just to be safe, and Im quite sure you get a couple of extra goodies as well. I had a cayenne V8 as a loaner, and i was so damn impressed, the pick up was nice, and the truck handle like a car but during the snow performed like a truck, it was the best thing ever, dont know about the v6 but i quite sure it is very nice as well..., good luck with whatever you choose.....

Thanks! Being a cheapskate by nature, as well as a gear head isn't easy. Both are super machines, I'm sure. I'm just trying to avoid the "I shoulda's."
