You have a lot of dealers in the LA and South Bay markets that aren't too far from you...you should be ale to generate some level of competition.

I have 3 dealers within 25 minutes of my house (Burlingame, Redwood City, San Jose) and another 4 or 5 within about 45 minutes of my house. I was lucky that way!

So how much under MSRP was that? Looks like you got a pretty heavy discount

 

You can calculate it. According to ZAG the base invoice is 90% of MSRP and option invoice is 85% of MSRP.

Base Invoice: 0.9 * 48,200 = 43,380

Options MSRP: 64,000 - 48,200 = 15,800
Options Invoice: 0.85 * 15,800 = 13,430

Total Invoice: 43,380 + 13,430 = 56,810

Since he said he paid 3,000 over invoice the difference is approximately 4,000.

Amount Paid: 56,810 + 3,000 = 59,810
MSRP Difference: 64,000 - 59,810 = 4,190

 

The only issue that I have now is that I want to change my build and it may be too late. Realized that I a double-paying for 2 sunroofs by ordering the Premium Package AND the Panorama Sunroof. You don't get credit for the Moonroof when you order the Panorama AND the PP. Bums me out to effectively be paying for the sunroof twice. Trying to see if I can delete the PP and just order the options a la carte.

Yeah I noted that too when comparing the C and the CS. On the CS you get credit for the moon which is why the panorama is only a $600 option if you have the premium package.

 

You actually don't get credit, the moon roof is standard on the CS, making the panorama sunroof a $600 option regardless of the package chosen.

 

My bad! Then I guess its almost a no brainer on a CS!

 

I think you got a pretty good deal compared with what I've found I've even reached out of state. Sometimes it all depends on demand and timing.

 

Looks like there are quite a few people in the SF bay area, what dealers would you recommend?

I made some calls to a couple of dealers this afternoon about ordering a v6 and pretty much got the 'only msrp' line
