PASM question
PASM question
Hi guys:
i am brining my car in tomorrow to check out the faulty compass. got a question on PASM.
ocassionally when i stop at red lights, i can feel the front of my car getting lifted by a little bit. feels like the PASM is self adjusting itself. this only happened twice. although it felt pretty cool i start to wonder if something is wrong with it, any ideas?

probably normal.
sometimes front raises sometimes individual corners raise, sometimes just the back raises and front lowers.
mine does it, not all the time, but sometimes.
I wonder why sometimes and not others, but I would still guess normal.
Ask the dealer to check the sensitivity threshold and the system in general.

I think this is quite normal. My V6 does it sometimes as well and I had this happen on all other air suspension equipped vehicles that I had (LR3, Range Rover Sport ). Its probably adjusting to the ride height changes.
took my car in to dealer today. they said should be pretty normal. they suggest it might have to do more with PDCC than just PASM itself. they will let me know if they find out that there is something wrong with that.
