I'm helping my father shop for a new SUV and I'm pretty sure the 958 won him over this weekend. He was all set to go with an X6, but man was the Cayenne impressive. What a vehicle!

One question I had was on the availability of "typical" vehicles coming to dealer lots. Waiting 3-4 months for a custom order would put his delivery pretty far into the East Coast winter here. Can these be found in some kind of a "standard trim" and just located by color?

He's looking for (A Cayenne in) Dark Blue, Meteor Grey, Black or White - with Black interior, keyless start, Lane Change and Navigation. (bose, all leather, 14-way adjust, rear view camera would be nice but not needed).

Is there some kind of "loaded" configuration that some dealers on the east coast will stock or is he going to have to order. I think he's willing to budget on one or two of what he'd like in order to get a car now, but I just figured I'd ask what your experiences have been.
