anyone notice that when connected to bluetooth in our cayennes, your iphone doesn't make any alert tones? The phone will ring over the speakers but it seems to be silent for texts, reminders, calendar events, etc. Anyone know if there is a setting to change this?

 

yup. Same with Tookie in my 997.

It does vibrates though, if you have that option turned on in the phone.

While in the car, I get all the alert tones thru my 4s, but the ring tone goes thru the speakers. When I have a Bluetooth headset connected at home, everything goes thru the headset. Not sure why it's different between two.

 

iPhone 4 here. Only vibrates for all tones except the ringtone through the speakers.

 

Does the Cayenne Bluetooth has audio capability? That is, can I play music from my iPhone through the car speakers via Bluetooth connection?
