Ordering Cayenne Turbo
I think that's the thermal insulated glass. That adds a privacy tint to the side and rear windows, double-paned side windows, and front and rear I've noticed a strong purplish tint (I'm guessing it's some kind of film or coating they apply).
The thermal insulated is really nice for the extra quiet it provides btw, and I highly recommend it. I think the pano may reduce some of that noise insulation, but I couldn't live without my pano roof
On the matter of PCCB's, I think it's an 8K option, I didn't get it myself because most information I've read indicates it does not provide additional stopping power for every day usage (I find the standard brakes to have amazing stopping power as-is). It does significantly reduce brake dust, and it looks a lot cooler, but I couldn't justify the cost in the end.

I can't justify the cost on the ceramic brakes either. I can also imagine when replacing the pads and rotors is going to be a lot of money. Either way, it's not about the money, but more about morally staying within my reasonable budget.
I think you are fine with or without PCCBs. I, for one like them. They decrease mass at the wheels. There is no break dust. And, despite what people might say about not having better stopping power, I would respectfully disagree. On the occasions I have had to power stop the PCCBs have been extraordinary. The standard turbo breaks are amazing, but having put about 9k miles on a vehicle with and without, with essentially the exact same specs and body I can tell you there is real world difference.
Having said that. If you want to stay in budget, the other options, including Burmester, are definitely something you will use everyday and see a real difference. Panoramic roof is amazing and really nice. I had a car with and without thermal and insulated glass. The one with is really nice, but exhaust note is muted and some people have reported issues with toll passes and radar detectors. I have a K40 system installed and have no issues with the GPS antenna mounted inside.
I also recommend the heated windscreen. Really a nice little extra. It really accelerates ice melting and defoging.
Cargo management is really cool. Removable railing as well.
Definitely get Premium Plus and Sport Package.
Hope it helps!

Also, telephone module if you use GSM phones. With most current Android phones, you can slave the SIM card and use the built in phone module and antenna. Really nice and voice quality is much improved. Also, can read and send texts from PCM.
Rumor is that iOS 6 and iPhone 5 should have the rSAP bluetooth profile for this as well.
