The country will usually tax up the ying yang if you try to export it so I'm not sure what they are talking about. Unless, they do it illegally.

thats true. the tax here is like 80k for the import tax.

not in uk or hong kong. in uk they got refund tax for export car.

If the car has title transferred to private party and then exported, it is considered a used car even when it's brand new. Import tax is lower in that case. But the catch is I think each person only has certain allowance per year.

Isn't Hong Kong a duty free port?

i dont really know but it must be same price like in the uk or usa.

You are right. It's the tax that kills. I don't know if there's any truth to high demands in China but I can only imagine how much you have to pay to get one of these after taxes.

thank you sir. um.. i think i wanna make my window trim black because its look more contrast than stainless look.

i want paint it with black color but im affraid they can't put the logo back at the same place like the original..
