Limiting the raise height of rear hatch

Hi all,

I don't have the auto rear hatch sadly (2011 Diesel).
Does anyone know of a way to limit the height the hatch rises to at all on the standard rear hatch door?

open the hatch and stop it by hand. pull it by hand to the desired location. hold onto the close hatch button for a few seconds until you hear a tone.

it should set at that location now

I meant for people that don't have the auto raise door.

i.e. I don't have the hatch button, it is a plain/manual door.

Thanks!

I had absolutely no idea you can set the height. This has been a constant problem with both my CTT and Panamera since my garage is very low. Finally no more worrying everytime I open the trunk.

It would be great if they could come up with a selectable opening procedure so it would open 1 way if you were in a height restricted area, and fully open otherwise.
