Yes, i feel Cayenne base is a capable pig to engage in street racing with plenty of cars; no, I do not condone racing on public streets.
To OP: I would suggest taking your pig to a track or a private course where you can fully explore the potential of the car.

Thank you for making my point.

Many of us do use our Porsches as God intended... on a closed track. Sadly there are plenty of fools with more money than brains or ***** than training that street race. You appear to fall in that camp.

I still hope your parents read this in time to realize what a mistake it would be to put such a dangerous weapon in your immature hands.

i see you must lack the knowledge of street racing. not surprising if you were raised by a strict mother and father for the last 50 years. i understand completely. thank you for your advice but i will gladly refuse your words of wisdom... oops i meant your words of garbage

18,While I like your enthusiasm for wanting to drive a Cayenne..I find it unfortunate(and a bit ) that you seem to lack one of the most important attributes that make a good(and long living!) driver...

Once a while we get posts like these. Every Cayenne should come with these as factory equipment.

You want to race take it to the track, seriously.

I have a good friend that now sits in a wheel chair after an
accident that occurred during an "innocent between friends" streetrace.

BTW he didn't think anything would happen to him either and that it was jsut for fun....

Looks like the almighty Chuck has struck the hammer on this kid. Thank you!

Hopefully we won't see him back after 30 days telling us he smoked somebody in a street race...

Maybe it'll go something like this.

"The light turned yellow as I was approaching the intersection, but I was already way too committed to stop. The light turned red as I was cruising through the middle of the intersection and then, almost instantly, the southern crosswalk on..."

"It was commuter hour and it was crowded as all getup. I couldn't see a line through the crowd and I couldn't stop, so I laid it down and just plowed through the crowded crosswalk in the least-populated place I could find.

I don't remember the next five minutes but when I came to, I was in a neck brace being loaded into an ambulance. I remember seeing a RIVER of blood on the asphalt, but it wasn't mine. Apparently I hit a..."

I don't care what you're racing, the fact that you're doing it on the street where your mistakes came harm others is the problem.

If you can afford this vehicle then I wish you many years of enjoyment. If you're here to just stir the pot and truly think street racing is ok then please move on.
