OK, now that many of us have put some miles on our Cayennes, let's get some figures out.

I have the 21 Turbo II wheels with Pirellis Zeros on them. Car was bought in 09/11 and just passed the 9000 mile mark. Tires have been awesome, but I will be surprised if they last another 4000 miles.

What are some of you other guys getting or got.

I did 8000 miles with my Scorpions on 20" spyders before I got my 22s
2 of them were replaced because of flats, but the other 2 seem to be holding up well...

Be glad you have the Pirellis.

My second Cayenne Turbo came with Crappohamas... Less than 5000 miles before they were gone and I don't drive like an idiot.

Spoke with Porsche about it, because frankly I believe that for the kind of money we are spending, we should at least get 10-12k out of these. They basically said sorry, gotta pay to play.

So, new Michelins going on soon.

If you're getting more than 10,000 miles out of 21" summer tires, you're doing pretty good. You simply can't have your cake and eat it too.

My old NSX used to chew through rear tires (which were only 17") in less than 5,000 miles and I thought I was doing fantastic to get 12,000 miles out of the Michelin's on the back of my Carrera S.
