Dvd-Incorrect region code...
...is what I get when trying to play some dvd videos of live music
Unfortunately,they are some good ones(Stevie R Vaughn,Pink Floyd) with amazing sound quality
Naturally these are all Ntsc,region#1 DVDs I am trying to play
Perhaps the dvd player is set to region #2(Europe)
I will ask my service advisor,but was wondering if anyone here knows anything about this...

Presumably you have the Burmester. Had similar issue. I had to play the DVD (andrea bocelli) on a panamera turbo in the showroom to convince service manager that it should play in my CTT. While the software settings were correct, the factory switch was not set at delivery to North America. Don't forget to hit option once the DVD is recognized. Choose audio settings and then DTS 5.1 or Dolby 5.1. It defaults to digital 2.0.
