Steering Column Not Raising

Anybody have an issue with manually trying to raise the steering column? By manually, I mean with the switch under the column? It seems to go up when I park and turn off ignition, but trying to 'manually' move it isn't working...

Good news is, I drive with it all the way down (why DOES it go up so high, anyhow? Do people really sit that high up in this car?)

In sure you've done, but make sure you have comfort access off if you don't want it to move at all. And if that's not the issue make sure you re-save the settings with buttons on door linked to key.

No that isn't the problem. The problem is I can't get it to move up at all (e.g. I can't adjust it UP). It goes in and out, but not up and down anymore. But I know it CAN go up, because the comfort access raises it up like I want it.

I don't know if the switch is broken or what
