porsche has the worst lease deals/incentives out of all the german car companies. if you plan on keeping the car longer than 3 years id just buy. if you lease and decide to buyout at the end its going to cost significantly more. for my CS, lease vs purchase, at end of lease its buyout was about 10k price difference.
