Hey guys, I just registered and tried to buy credits but it tells me to check my card/info.

There is no support phone/or email on the site.

Could please someone do me a favor and download a sheet about topping up ATF level for 2011 Cayenne S - I will provide vin.

There is a support email link on their site (don't have the book marks on this computer or I'd provide it, sorry), I used it when I couldn't figure out how to buy credits.

I would guess that you used the main registration form and selected "Other Country" from the drop down? That apparently isn't the way to register for US people. If you go to the main registration form and scroll down to the bottom of the page there is a small "Other Countries" link there. Follow that and then you can register a US based account and your CC info should work. You'll have to use a different user name though as it won't let you use the one you already created.

Why they can't let the US register through the main form (especially since it's obviously the same database on the backend) or at least make it obvious how US users need to register is beyond me.

 

How did you register? I am on the Porsche website and can't figure it out
