small bumper accident, rear reflector question
Hello guys,
so yesterday I was backing up and hit the rear bumper, didn't notice on one side a yellow concrete post and hit that thing, so anyways did a ding about the size of a quarter thank God but paint got cracked and I can see the primer I will try to touch up that, but on the bottom the red reflector for some reason got loose, are those reflectors like the front ones that tabs are holding them? maybe I can just put a new one . hopefully someone can help on that
thanks

Had a similar accident, only I bumped into a tree backing up in my yard. You can get the reflectors at any dealer. Below is a link to Sonnen Porsche with the reflectors as item 23:

Make sure to pick the correct side since they are not interchangeable. Mine came to $22.00 including shipping. This is for a 2013 base
The reflector is held in place with three spring clips and a couple of fixed guides. From the orientation, it looks like you have to pull straight back to remove. I briefly tried to remove with a trim tool, but could not get it to release. I plan on trying more this holiday season. Maybe slipping some fishing line behind the reflector and tying a loop will help get a better grip.
Hope this helps.
