Catatrophic Fuel Line Leak

Has anybody had any catastrophic fuel line leaks in their 958 Cayenne? Happened to me yesterday and I am very lucky car did not catch on fire.

Sorry to that it happened to you. No problems here after 6 months and 11k miles. What year and mileage do you have? I can't see this being a common wear & tear issue to the extent you indicated.

2012 S hybrid with 22k miles. Been some other strange things happening also--a/c sometimes won't cool, a/c in seats won't engage and keeps shutting off. Maybe it's time For a Macan turbo.

Damn. Is there any good press for the Hybrids? Seems like all I hear about them is major problems.

No issues with my CD after about 17k and I haven't read of anyone else having such an issue.

I know it sucks to here it, but at least right now it sounds like an isolated issue and not a systemic problem.

Sorry you got such a problem child with this one

Waiting for report from my SA. But I'm really enjoying the Dodge Ram pick up that dealer provided! (all P loaners out)

Just found out its a failed fuel injector--it was stuck in the open position. Parts ordered.
