Glow plug replacement?

My 20k/2yr is coming up next month and while reviewing the PIWIS work list I noticed it mentioned spark plugs for the gas models, but no mention about the glow plug for the diesel. Not that I expect to need it now, but does anyone know the replacement interval for it?

WhipE350 is infamous around these parts
What I'm reading is there is no routine interval unless I guess one fails or there is a check engine lite.

Thats what I am guessing, just don't know for sure and since this is my first oil burner I don't know what to expect for a life span vs spark plugs (though I would hope longer since it isn't in constant use like the spark plugs are).

I've had a few Diesel vehicles over the years, and I usually replace them when they go out, which seems to be about every four years or so. You'll notice a sluggish start usually in the winter when they start to go bad. I haven't seen anything that suggests different from Porsche, if I hear of anything I'll let you know.
