Looking for 2014 Cayenne......Advice needed

Ok so I'm looking for some advice on the purchase of a 2014 Base Cayenne black on black with maybe LCA, Panoramic roof and XM etc. I'm on the East coast. My questions are:
1) What is a reasonable price range?
2) A new car has a 4 yr 50k mile warranty and a used with maybe 5K miles has a 6 yr 100K mile warranty ? Seems more prudent to buy CPO???
3) What options (if any) add to the value of the Cayenne for resale?
I appreciate any advice/perspective you guys have to offer.....Thanks.

Going to help you out and move this thread into the 958 section since I think you will have a better chance of getting more responses.

Thanks man. After reading the other posts I also realize that I was not in section. Found a cayenne though. Quite interesting. CPO and new 2014 Cayenne same price, same car but the CPO has a longer warranty. Went for the CPO with 6K miles. Mainline Porsche.
