$5 cheaper from Suncoast

I tried going "cheap" and worked with ECS to order the parts individually as it looked like I could beat SC's price that way by a considerably amount. At the end of the day it came out to be pretty much the same as if I just went straight to SC. The ECS guys were great and helpful, but they don't (didn't at the time anyway) have a package for it so it was a learning experience for them too.

My advise for anyone looking to do it is to go with Suncoast. While there have been reports of some parts missing, SC has been on top of resolving such issues in all the cases I know of.

As far as this eBay listing, I would stick with SC as they are a know quantity and have had their package for a long time so the kinks (as far as knowing all the correct parts) have been worked out.

wow! did not know that suncoast has the kit this cheap. definitely the better choice. does the kit include "everything"? I can just order this and install it myself? I took down the bumper myself to install the ss skid plate.

Personally after watching my shop fight with the clips on the bumper I wouldn't try to take it on myself.

It's supposed to have everything you need, but you'll still need it painted.

There is also the issue of your DRLs. If you don't install the TT/GTS headlights (not in that kit) then you lose your DRL functionality (and may or may not get codes/warnings thrown). There is a simple circuit that snp_cayenne came up with that allows the TT/GTS signal bars (included in the kit) to act as DRLs. I wrote up a DIY (link in my sig) that includes all the part numbers and pics of the assembly.
