how difficult to install weather strip, By mistake I cut in to the back door weather strip the one around the car door frame..
checking if anyone might have some info

Haven't done it on a Cayenne, but have done it on other cars. If it's like others, it's pretty simple as there is a lip that the seal slides into a channel on its backside. There is some sealer you can get that will help it stay in place. Basically you run a bead of the sealer into the channel and then press it on.

Probably easiest to dry fit the whole seal and then pull part of it back to apply the sealant and then reinstall the seal. Then work your way around.
