low speed vibration

I have been lurking for months and recently acquired a new to me 2011 CTT with 31k on it. I get a vibration/rumble through the steering wheel when making sharp left turns at very low speed. Previously had a 957 GTS and did not have this issue; also searched the archives and did not come up with anything...anyone experience this?

A bad CV joint? Or a bad transfer case come to mind. The vibration/rumble in sharp turns is one of the transfer case symptoms. Hope you bought an extended warranty or CPO..

Thanks Don...I was hoping for a CV failing as it only happens when going to the left at a walking speed. No other symptoms so far. When I read up on the transfer case posts there seem to be far more aggressive signs such as bucking or feeling that the car is misfiring...will have to take it in to have it checked out.

UPDATE: turns out that it was the transfer case. Dealer that I bought it from [Boston McLaren] is replacing it under the MA used car warranty. They have been completely stand up and I can't wait to get the car back...
