Need help identifying part / part number!

Long time lurker (way before I owned a porsche), looking for help.

Long story short, some idiot decided to hit and run my car (2017 Cayenne S) and some how scrape the bottom of the car (thankfully not too visible) but he managed to hit my driver-side rear view mirror while it was folded in.

Though the mirror and the mirror housing is not broken, the LED turn signal is cracked and i need help finding the right part to replace it. I don't know which part of the mirror housing it's connected to and which part it comes with (i don't want to buy a brand new housing).

Please help! Thanks in advance.

Kinda helps to come back with part numbers if/when you find them somewhere else. If just to help the next guy stuck searching for the same problem.

See now I'd actually post the part number had I actually got an legitimate one from them, but i did get a diagram that identifies the part I asked for.
